Custom wall beam
Tap a grade and the beam builds itself right away; then you can change and move every piece.

Pockets
The table scrolls sideways →
Tap a row to select it. X and Y = centre of the pocket from the left side and from the top edge. A pocket you type X or Y for (or drag) stays pinned there: the others in its row re-space and, if needed, get narrower or lower (the page tells you which). If there's no room there it goes to the nearest free spot within 6 cm, otherwise it goes back where it was. Depth 8–35 mm (mono at least 12; where there is a screw at most 30); stepped: depths separated by “/” from left to right, step lengths in “Step lengths” (empty = equal). “Corner radius” = corners of the pocket seen from the front, minimum 4. “Edge” = rounding of the pocket opening (None = sharp edge).
Slopes
Angle 0–30°, the slope runs from the front all the way to the back. Changing the width of a zone moves its border with the next zone.
Technical drawing
Measurements in mm. It's the drawing we use to make it: it comes with your order.

Pocket dimensions
- Pre-order: shipped from early December, arrives in 2-3 days in Italy, 5-8 in the EU: we make it to measure for you.
- Made to measure, it can't be returned: the right of withdrawal doesn't apply to custom-made products (art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code).
- What changes the price: the size, the number and depth of the pockets, the slopes on top, the edges and the screws.

Configurator rules
- You start from an empty beam: it builds itself from the grade or you place the pockets by hand; every pocket can be moved with a finger and has its exact measurements below. Every pocket has a fixed name (T1, T2…; the copy on the right is T1').
- Pockets cut from the front, flat bottom, depth 8–35 mm (mono at least 12; at least 10 mm stays under the screws). 2 to 5 steps, each at least 20 mm long.
- Slopes on top from the front to the back, 0–30°, zones at least 40 mm wide.
- 20 mm walls from edge, pockets and slopes; 10 mm from the cirmuluz logo; 8 mm around the screws.
- When you move, add or widen a pocket, the others in the row re-space and, if that's not enough, get narrower (down to 22 mm, 20 per step) or lower (down to 28 mm): the page says so.
- Automatic screws: 2 at the top, plus 4 in the pockets (2 top and 2 bottom) or 2 below 50 cm of length, in sections at least 20 mm deep, never in monos. The customer can move them by dragging (into the bottom of a pocket at least 20 mm deep or onto solid wood, 8 mm from pockets and 3 cm from other screws), remove one, or handle them all by hand (no holes). If the pockets aren't enough they choose: deeper pocket, screws on solid wood or fewer screws.
- Automatic layout: pockets widen as long as they stay their type, then one more pocket is added. Changing size, shape or slopes rebuilds the untouched rows from the grade.
- Levels: 0–5 up to 5c, 6–10 6a–6b+, 11–15 6c–7a+, 16–18 7b–7c+, 19–20 8a and up. Up to 5c: 2 rows of wide, deep pockets (6–8 pockets). In the automatic layout at most 2 monos, never in the centre; by hand the customer can put them anywhere.
- Edges: none (sharp edge), R5 or R8, chosen separately for the pocket openings (also pocket by pocket) and for the front edge all around the beam (back left sharp); R3 ball cutter (Ø6), 180 Hz, machined 1 mm larger.
- cirmuluz logo 70×20, laser-engraved in the centre of the top row, always present.
