What it costs

The price depends on where the parcel goes and how much it weighs, packaging included. It works in bands, like clothing sizes: the cart adds up the weight of the pieces and picks the band by itself. At checkout you see the exact amount before you pay.

Above 2 kg the parcel is split: one band C for every 2 kg.

The custom wall beam has its own shipping: €10 per beam in Italy, €20 in the European Union. Other items in the same order travel with the beam at no extra cost.

We also ship to Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Norway. There the parcel leaves the European Union: at checkout you pay without Italian VAT, and your country's VAT and any customs duty are paid to the courier on delivery. The wall beam stays within Italy and the European Union for now. If you are elsewhere, write to us: we will find a way, case by case.

How long it takes

Pre-order prices until 30 November: −30% on the custom beam and hangboard, −15% on the catalogue. We make the pieces now and ship from early December. When your parcel leaves you get an email with the tracking number; after the pre-order the usual times below apply again.

Every piece is made to order, it does not sit on a shelf: the parcel leaves within 5 working days of payment, then it is up to the courier: 2-3 days in Italy, 5-8 days to the rest of the European Union. If you have a deadline — a birthday, a gift — write it in the order notes: we can almost always give it priority.

If you want to return it

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, without giving a reason. The piece must come back undamaged and the return shipping is on you. The wall beam and the hangboard designed with the configurator are the exception: being made specifically for you, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

If it arrives damaged

Send us a photo within a few days of delivery: we make the piece again and ship it, no questions asked. Wood is tough, couriers are creative.
