Build your portable hangboard
Your hangboard in 3D
It's a preview: pockets are selected and moved in the drawing.
Tapping the grade builds the hangboard right away; then you can change and move every piece.
Empty hangboard: use the “Auto generator” or add pockets
Every custom hangboard starts from its own drawing and needs its own setup: that is why even the smallest one costs more than a ready-made hangboard. Looking for a pocket hangboard to take to the crag? There is the mini hangboard, at €16.50.

Pockets
The table scrolls sideways →
Tap a row to select it. X and Y = centre of the pocket from the left side and from the top edge. A pocket you type X or Y for (or drag) stays pinned there: the others in its row re-space and, if needed, get narrower or lower (the page tells you which). If there's no room there it goes to the nearest free spot within 6 cm, otherwise it goes back where it was. Depth 8–35 mm at 40 thick, up to 25 at 30 thick (mono at least 12; where the cord passes at most 30 and 20); stepped: depths separated by “/” from left to right, step lengths in “Step lengths” (empty = equal). “Corner radius” = corners of the pocket seen from the front, minimum 4. “Edge” = rounding of the pocket opening (None = sharp edge).

Pocket dimensions
- Pre-order: ships from early December, then 2-3 days in Italy, 5-8 in the European Union: we make it to measure for you.
- Made to measure, it can't be returned: the right of withdrawal doesn't apply to custom-made products (art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code).
- What changes the price: the size, the number and depth of the pockets, the edges and how it hangs.

Configurator rules
- You start from an empty hangboard: it builds itself from the grade or you add pockets by hand; every pocket moves with your finger and has its exact measurements below. Every pocket has a fixed name (T1, T2…; the copy on the right is T1').
- Sizes from 110 to 400 mm long and 60 to 150 tall; 30 or 40 mm thick. No slopes.
- Pockets cut from the front, flat bottom, depth from 8 mm up to 5 mm less than the thickness (mono at least 12; at least 10 mm stays under the cord holes). 2 to 5 steps, at least 20 mm long. Or a pocket split in two: different depths at the top and bottom, horizontal step half way up, pocket at least 40 mm tall, not combined with steps.
- 12 mm walls from the edge and between pockets.
- Cords: side (per side two Ø8 holes at a right angle, on the drill press: from the end along the length and from the back at 1/3 of the length, at most 80 mm from the end; at half thickness, in the wall between the first row, a 25 mm tall edge, and the second; knot on the back; at least 2 rows needed, i.e. a hangboard at least 89 mm tall), through (2 holes from top to bottom) or centre point (1 hole from top to bottom). Through and centre holes 12 mm from the edge and from the pockets; at least 10 cm between the two through cords (an oval hangboard must be longer); moved by dragging. Until the customer chooses: side cords if they fit, otherwise through a pocket. Cords through a pocket: 2 holes from a pocket bottom to the back, at about 1/3 and 2/3 of the length, at half the height of the pocket (in a split pocket, on the step line), 2 mm from its edges; machined from the front.
- Automatic layout: pockets widen as long as they stay the same type, then one more pocket; if the grade plan doesn't fit, a single pocket in the centre.
- Edges: none (sharp), R5 or R8, for the pockets (also one by one) and for the front edge; R3 ball cutter (Ø6), 180 Hz, milled 1 mm larger.
- cirmuluz lettering 70×20 by laser on the top side, between the cord holes; if it doesn't fit there full size, on the back (never shrunk).
- Carico massimo dichiarato 100 kg.
